2 interactions / week → 4 interactions / week, measured as meaningful social interactions per week.
Hypothesis
Cooperation around a bounded task increases meaningful interaction and belonging.

Intervention
Groups choose a useful creative challenge, divide roles voluntarily, meet once, and reflect on the quality of interaction.
