Daily Learning Quests
Can one self-chosen ten-minute quest increase voluntary learning without creating streak anxiety?
Illustrative data: This seeded experiment demonstrates the Fresco process. It did not happen, and its numbers are not evidence.

Proposed idea: Self-chosen daily learning quests
Intervention
Choose a learning theme, receive one ten-minute quest each morning, swap or skip freely, and reflect twice during the trial.
